Service Expert Does
The F&B Service Expert plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional
in-room dining experience. This job goes beyond serving meals it is about creating memorable moments for
guests by offering personalized, warm, and professional
service.
Your Main Responsibilities:
✔ Welcoming and interacting with guests in a
friendly, professional manner
✔ Delivering food and beverages to guest rooms
accurately and on time
✔ Setting, cleaning, and organizing service areas and
dining setups
✔ Communicating effectively with kitchen and service
teams
✔ Assisting guests with menu questions, orders, and
basic billing
✔ Upholding hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
✔ Maintaining excellent grooming and communication
✔ Handling physical tasks such as lifting, walking,
and carrying trays
✔ Performing other job-related tasks as requested by
supervisors
This role requires someone energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about
hospitality.
Minimum Requirements
Education

school diploma or G.E.D. minimum

Experience
· Less
than 1 year required
· Previous
customer service or hospitality experience is an added advantage
