Position: Digital Marketing & Content Assistant

Location: Kigali, Rwanda
Type: Full-time (On-site, 4 days a week)

AUTO24 is looking for a creative, curious, and motivated individual to support its marketing and events team. This is a hands-on learning position where you get to participate in real projects, campaigns, and content production.

 

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing & Content Assistant, you will be involved in:

1. Content Planning & Campaign Support

• Brainstorm and propose ideas for campaigns, car promotions, branded content, and events.
• Assist in preparing marketing calendars and content plans.

2. Copywriting & Social Media Content

• Draft captions, descriptions, and scripts for:
• Social media posts
• Graphics
• Short videos
• Reels and TikTok content

3. Graphics & Video Editing

• Assist in designing promotional graphics using tools like:
• Canva
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.)
• Edit short videos and clips for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.

4. Research & Market Insights

• Conduct research on:
• Automotive market trends
• Competitor marketing strategies
• Social media content trends
• Audience behavior

5. Photography & Content Capture

• Take photos and videos during:
• Company events
• Car showcases
• Office activities
• Outdoor shoots

6. Basic Reporting & Analytics

• Learn to monitor performance metrics such as:
