Who
Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
The scholarship is open to all

- Education Level:
Must have completed at least Senior 3 (Ordinary Level).
- Academic Records:
Must provide a report card, transcript, or certificate from the
last completed level.
- Added Advantage:
Diploma, Certificate, or Result Slip holders have an extra edge.
- Exam Requirement:
- For the 100% scholarship, applicants must sit
for an entrance exam and score at least 65%.
- The exam covers Communication Skills/ICT and General
Studies.
- Partial Scholarships:
- 80% scholarship (Kayonza) and 70% scholarship (Kigali) applicants are not
required to sit for the entrance exam but must submit notarized
academic documents.
- Self-Sponsored Option:
Even if you don’t qualify for a scholarship, you can still enroll as a self-sponsored
student by paying 100% of the tuition.

- Multimedia Production – 40 Students

With Rwanda emerging as a top tourist destination, this program prepares you for jobs in hotels, travel agencies, tour companies, and event management. - Digital Literacy (Computer Training) – 30 Students
Essential for everyone! Gain computer skills, office software knowledge, and internet literacy — the building blocks for any modern career. - Software Development – 30 Students
Become a future programmer or app developer by learning coding, web design, and problem-solving with technology. Rwanda’s tech ecosystem is growing, and demand for developers is high. - CCTV Camera Installation – 20 Students
